We are Ballot Access Mississippi or BAM, a nonpartisan organization working to revive the ballot initiative process in our state.

The ballot initiative is a Constitutional right owned by all Mississippi voters, but it was taken away by the State Supreme Court in 2021.

Our goal is to ensure the state legislature reinstates an initiative process in 2024.
